Why is gardening so relaxing?

Gardening is often considered a relaxing and therapeutic activity for many reasons. One of the main reasons is the connection to nature. It provides me with a sense of peace and tranquility. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I find solace in the routine of watering my plants or pulling out weeds. It helps me clear my mind and find a sense of calm.
