What is the difference between Georgian Crystal and Georgian Fire garlic?

Georgian Crystal and Georgian Fire are two cultivars of Allium Sativum, commonly known as garlic. While they share some similarities, there are distinct differences between the two varieties.

1. Flavor: When eaten raw, Georgian Fire has a more pungent flavor compared to Georgian Crystal. It also has more heat, making it a suitable choice for those who prefer a spicier garlic taste. On the other hand, Georgian Crystal has a milder and slightly sweeter flavor, making it a versatile option in various culinary preparations.

2. Size and Quantity: In terms of physical characteristics, Georgian Fire generally produces slightly smaller cloves compared to Georgian Crystal.
